We're looking for a Staff Data Scientist to take on a key leadership role at a rapidly growing travel technology company backed by top investors. In this role, you'll shape and scale machine learning models that drive critical business functions, including lead scoring, pricing, personalization, and fraud detection. What You'll Do:
- Lead the development and deployment of ML models for lead scoring, churn prediction, pricing optimization, and personalization.

- Own end-to-end data science projects, from data gathering and feature engineering to model selection, inference, and performance monitoring.

What We're Looking For:
- 7+ years of experience in Data Science or Machine Learning in high-growth environments.

- Deep expertise in machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and feature engineering.
- Proficiency in Python (scikit-learn, numpy, pandas) and SQL.
- Experience with Snowflake and Streamlit is a plus.
