What You’ll Do
- Own the end‑to‑end strategy and execution for public and private cloud platforms
- Lead a large, distributed organization (50-100+ engineers) across the US and India, including managers and senior technical leaders

Required Experience
- 12+ years in cloud, infrastructure, or platform engineering roles
- 5+ years leading managers and senior technical leaders
- Proven ownership of both private and public cloud environments (this is non‑negotiable)
- Strong public cloud experience across at least two of: AWS, Azure, GCP
- Deep private cloud experience (VMware, Kubernetes‑led platforms, or equivalent)
- Strong Infrastructure‑as‑Code background (Terraform, Ansible, Python, or similar)
- Experience building self‑service internal platforms or IaaS products
- Solid grounding in networking, security, identity, and distributed systems
- Taking strategy from concept to delivery

The Role

The Role
As Head of Data Strategy and Governance, you will define and embed how data is owned, managed, and trusted across the organisation. You will work closely with technology, product, and senior stakeholders to ensure data quality underpins every insight and client outcome.
Key responsibilities include:
- Defining and delivering the data strategy, operating model, and governance framework across the business
- Establishing clear data ownership, standards, and accountability in a federated environment

You will take ownership of data quality across the organisation, working closely with business and technical teams to profile data, identify issues, and implement scalable quality processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage stakeholders across the business to gather data quality requirements
- Assess current data quality issues and define profiling and remediation activities

About the Role

THE ROLE
As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will take ownership of reliability strategy and operational excellence across key commerce domains, including subscriptions and personalisation services on the PlayStation Network. Operating in a centralised SRE model, you’ll partner closely with product and engineering teams while maintaining horizontal responsibility for production health, resilience, and scalability.
You’ll lead incident response, define reliability standards, influence architectural decisions, and build automation that elevates deployment safety and operational efficiency. This is a hands‑on, senior technical role with direct influence on systems that generate significant global revenue.
Key Responsibilities
Reliability & Risk Engineering
* Identify systemic reliability risks and drive long‑term preventative improvements
* Define and refine SLIs, SLOs, and error budgets aligned to customer and business outcomes
* Lead high‑severity incident response, post‑incident reviews, and remediation planning
Architecture & Resilience
* Influence system architecture to improve scalability, availability, and failure isolation
* Design multi‑region HA, graceful degradation, and disaster recovery strategies
