About the Role: Staff Data Analyst
Our client is looking for a Staff Data Analyst to join their fast-growing analytics team. In this high-impact role, you'll provide key insights that inform product strategy and business growth. You'll work across functions, leading complex analyses and helping drive data-informed decision-making at scale.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze product performance and user engagement across the platform

  • Build and maintain foundational and advanced product metrics

  • Deliver strategic insights to influence product direction and feature development

  • Lead key analytical projects with visibility across product and executive teams

  • Support light data science initiatives as needed

What You'll Work On:

  • Developing core metric visibility and measurement frameworks

  • Performing deep dives on user behavior and product usage

  • Creating reporting tools and dashboards for stakeholders

  • Partnering with product teams to shape roadmaps with quantitative insights

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Experience & Background:

  • 6+ years of experience in analytics, ideally within high-growth tech

  • Staff-level preferred, but open to exceptional Senior-level candidates

  • Strong background in product analytics, ideally in developer tools or SaaS

Technical Skillset:

  • Expert-level SQL proficiency

  • Strong programming ability in Python or R

  • Experience drawing insights from complex, high-volume datasets

  • Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with dbt (data build tool)

  • Background working on developer-focused platforms or infrastructure tools
