Harnham is working with a leading national retailer that has redefined the buying and selling experience through transparency, innovation, and data-driven decision-making. With a strong presence across the U.S., they are investing heavily in analytics to optimize sales operations and improve customer experiences.

As they continue to scale their analytics capabilities, they are looking for a Senior Sales Analytics Manager to lead key initiatives that enhance sales performance, drive operational efficiency, and shape omnichannel strategy.

The Role:

As the Senior Sales Analytics Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales strategy and performance optimization. Managing a team of analysts, you will collaborate with sales leadership to develop data-driven solutions that enhance efficiency and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and implement key sales performance metrics to drive accountability.
  • Optimize sales structures, compensation models, and customer service strategies.
  • Support omnichannel strategy, ensuring a seamless transition between digital and in-store experiences.
  • Conduct advanced analytics to identify opportunities for growth and efficiency.
  • Leverage SQL and Snowflake to extract insights and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Partner with business leaders to drive strategic decision-making.

Your Skills and Experience:

Required:

  • Experience in business strategy, analytics, or sales operations.
  • Hands-on experience with SQL and Snowflake for data analysis.
  • People management experience (1-2+ direct reports).
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Preferred:

  • Background in consulting, financial services, or a data-driven business environment.
  • Experience working with sales teams and understanding sales performance metrics.
  • Familiarity with omnichannel retail analytics and customer engagement strategies.
