We're supporting a major global technology brand within the food delivery space as they look to hire a Marketing Analyst to join their growing Analytics function.
This team sits at the heart of the business, driving smarter marketing decisions through rigorous analysis and creative data storytelling. They're looking for a strong all-rounder in marketing analytics with excellent SQL skills - someone who can go beyond just running numbers to deliver real, actionable insights that impact campaigns across a wide range of channels, both ATL and BTL.
The role:
Partnering closely with Pricing & Promotions teams, you'll analyse marketing performance across a wide range of campaigns - from promotions for major restaurant partners to broader brand marketing initiatives.
Core methodologies include attribution modelling, incrementality/causal inference, personalisation, post-campaign analysis, and (to a lesser extent) MMM.
Hands-on creation of dashboards and reports in Tableau or Looker (the team is currently transitioning to Looker).
Turning analysis into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders - strong storytelling and stakeholder management skills are key.
The ideal candidate:
3-4+ years' experience in broad marketing analytics across both ATL and BTL channels.
Advanced SQL skills - this is non-negotiable; candidates must be confident with complex queries (joins, averages, lag/lead functions, CTEs, subqueries etc.)
Strong experience with a visualisation tool such as Tableau, Looker or similar.
Demonstrable insight generation and data storytelling skills - ability to communicate technical findings in a commercial and accessible way.
Python or modelling experience is a plus, but not essential.
