THE COMPANY
A global leader in the transport industry is looking for a dedicated Senior CRM Manager to lead customer journey projects and enhance loyalty initiatives. If you have a knack for managing CRM systems and delivering impactful campaigns, this role offers the perfect platform to showcase your skills.
THE ROLE
As the Senior CRM Manager, you will be instrumental in leading loyalty campaigns and improving customer retention. You'll take ownership of CRM activities designed to drive revenue and will collaborate with key departments such as commercial, marketing, and customer experience. Additionally, you'll manage a small team to ensure successful project execution.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Proven experience in A/B testing
Expertise with ESP platforms is essential (Salesforce preferred)
Previous line management experience is highly desirable
