Job Title: Senior Brand Manager
Location: Hybrid (3 days in the office, with 1 likely being visiting restaurants)
Salary: £65,000 base + 20% bonus

Role Overview:
As a Senior Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing in-restaurant creative strategies that enhance customer experiences and drive sales. Reporting directly to the Head of Brand and Communications, you will work closely with senior leadership to execute brand marketing initiatives across in-store and digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and oversee in-restaurant creative assets, including printed banners, digital menu boards, window stickers, and digital screens.
- Collaborate with global and local teams to align brand strategy and ensure consistent messaging across customer touchpoints.
- Manage and mentor a small team, overseeing creative development and the execution of in-restaurant strategies.
- Work closely with operations and property teams to drive customer engagement and foot traffic to kiosks and other touchpoints.
- Lead creative initiatives for major campaigns, including new product launches, seasonal promotions, and more.
- Be the primary point of contact for advertising and print agencies, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of assets.
- Monitor and analyze the impact of campaigns and suggest improvements for future marketing efforts.
Essential Skills & Experience:
- 6+ years of in-person brand marketing experience (5 years if exceptionally strong).
- Experience in managing and developing creative strategies and overseeing creative teams.
- Previous experience working with large brands (retail, restaurant, or other industries).
- Strong understanding of in-restaurant marketing, including digital screens, menu boards, kiosks, and printed assets.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, operations, and property teams.
- Proven track record of managing and executing high-profile campaigns from concept to rollout.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
- Experience in managing or mentoring junior team members.
- Strong understanding of customer experience and a passion for improving in-restaurant experiences.

Key Skill Requirements
- Proven experience as a VP or Head of Analytics, preferably in healthcare SaaS
- Strong record of managing and scaling cross-functional analytics teams (10-20+ people)
- Demonstrated ability to launch or scale product-led analytics that contributed to go-to-market success
- Passion for healthcare and understanding of its regulatory and operational nuances
- Track record of working with diverse stakeholders and building trust in data-light environments
- Balance of hands-on capability (able to dive into reports or code when needed, especially early on) with strategic leadership
- Experience with greenfield builds, roadmap ownership, and stakeholder engagement at the exec level
Role Responsibilities
