The Team
This role sits within the Underwriting and Pricing Data team (team of 17), reporting to a Senior Data Manager. You'll be part of a close-knit data team of four, acting as subject matter experts and driving data governance across broader functions like Pricing, Product, and IT.
The Role
A high-impact, change-focused role supporting the implementation of a new policy administration system. You'll lead on data mapping, integration, and collaboration across multiple functions, using SQL and Power BI to drive insights and optimise workflows. You'll also mentor junior analysts and manage day-to-day workflow.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead on translating legacy data into new systems and mapping against new infrastructure.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Pricing, IT, and Underwriting.
- Build and manage dashboards, data pipelines and transformation processes.
- Consolidate datasets for pricing models and reporting.
