A leading human rights law firm is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to take charge of their digital marketing efforts. This is a fantastic opportunity to drive both paid and organic marketing strategies, helping to increase brand visibility and engagement for a purpose-driven organization.

THE ROLE

As the Digital Marketing Manager, you will oversee and implement a results-driven digital marketing strategy, ensuring optimal performance across all key channels. Leading a dedicated team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the firm's digital presence, with a particular focus on Paid Search and Paid Social.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and executing a comprehensive digital marketing strategy to drive brand awareness and engagement.
  • Managing and optimizing paid media campaigns across search and social platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Leading and mentoring a team, ensuring they stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.
  • Overseeing organic digital marketing efforts, including SEO, content strategy, and website optimization.
  • Analyzing campaign performance using data and insights to refine strategies and improve effectiveness.
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

To succeed in this role, you should have:

  • Proven experience in Paid Search and Paid Social marketing, with a track record of managing successful campaigns.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with experience overseeing a marketing team.
  • Strategic thinking abilities, with the capability to develop and implement long-term marketing plans.
  • Analytical expertise, with proficiency in performance tracking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a professional services or legal setting (preferred but not required).
