Our specialist data and business consultancy client are currently seeking a skilled CRM Consultant to support a number of key client initiatives. This is a contract role for an initial 3 to 6 months, offering the opportunity to make a tangible impact on high-profile projects in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the planning, execution, and optimisation of CRM campaigns across digital channels.
Use Braze and Bloomreach to build and deliver personalised customer journeys and data-driven communications.
Work closely with clients and internal teams to understand business objectives and translate them into effective CRM strategies.
Provide technical CRM expertise and platform best practice to maximise campaign effectiveness.
Monitor campaign performance and present actionable insights to stakeholders.
Essential Skills & Experience:
Hands-on experience with both Braze and Bloomreach is essential - applicants without this will not be considered.
Proven track record of delivering CRM strategies and campaigns in a consultancy or client-facing environment.
Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, segmentation, personalisation, and automation.
Confident working with data teams and interpreting customer data to inform strategy.
