Job Title: Data Science Manager, Product Analytics
Location: US Remote
Salary: $180,000-$220,000 base + bonus

About the Role
As Data Science Manager, Product Analytics, you’ll lead A/B testing, personalization, and data-driven experimentation to shape product strategy. Partnering with marketing and product teams, you’ll build models, uncover insights, and deliver solutions that improve user experience and healthcare outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design A/B testing frameworks and experimentation strategies to optimize engagement and retention.
- Develop churn prediction models and leading indicators for retention metrics.
- Build and refine user segmentation and personalization efforts.
- Mentor a small data science team and oversee roadmap execution.
- Collaborate on recommendation engine development for future deployment.
What We’re Looking For
- 5+ years in data science with a focus on product analytics and experimentation.
- Expertise in DAU/MAU, A/B testing, personalization, recommendation engines, and retention strategies.
- Required: Python, SQL. Preferred: Databricks, Azure Databricks.
- Strong communication skills for stakeholder engagement and team leadership.
