I’m working with a growing financial services business that’s investing heavily in its data function. With a lean structure, a clear mandate, and strong backing, they’re rebuilding their Data Governance capability – and looking for someone to lead from the front.
You’ll join a business where everyone pitches in, leadership is accessible, and your voice will genuinely shape the way data is managed and protected.
THE ROLE:
As Data Governance Manager, you’ll be the key figure in adapting, embedding, and owning governance frameworks across the business. You’ll support privacy workflows, drive best practices, and work closely with teams across customer, operations, and data science to get things done.
Key responsibilities include:
- Lead and evolve data governance processes and frameworks
- Support privacy management and internal assessment reviews
- Perform gap analysis and implement actionable improvements
- Build relationships with cross-functional stakeholders and project teams
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
A successful Data Governance Manager will bring:
- Experience within financial services or a heavily regulated industry
- Strong understanding of governance, data privacy, and risk frameworks
- Confident communicator with the ability to build stakeholder trust
- Previous line management or mentoring experience
Bonus points for:
- SQL or technical literacy to support data discussions
- Experience with enterprise data governance/privacy tools
- Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualisation exposure
THE BENEFITS:

THE COMPANY:
A global organisation is undergoing a major data transformation and is seeking a Data Policy Writer to assess existing policies, close gaps, and define a clear strategy for best practice in data governance and privacy.
THE ROLE:
As a Data Policy Writer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Conducting a gap analysis of current data governance and privacy policies.
- Interviewing stakeholders to understand how data is used across teams and regions.
- Drafting clear and structured data policies that reflect best practice in governance, privacy, and security.
- Reviewing global and regional requirements to ensure policies are consistent but adaptable.
- Ensuring correct information access within SharePoint and other platforms.
- Aligning policies with regulatory standards (GDPR, ESO) and internal objectives.
- Producing a short, medium, and long-term roadmap to guide ongoing compliance.
- Presenting findings and policy drafts to senior stakeholders for approval.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The successful candidate will have:
- Strong background in developing data governance processes and writing policies.
- Solid understanding of GDPR, ESO, and data security principles.
- Experience working within large, multinational enterprises.
- Fluency in Spanish is essential.

You will work closely with marketing and brand stakeholders to ensure data processes are accurate, documented, and maintainable.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and optimise dbt models (15-20 models) for completeness, accuracy, and automation.

Maintain and document Snowflake assets, ingested tables, and analytics workflows.

Support governance, process cleanup, and monthly reporting.

The Role
We’re hiring a Director of Data Architecture & Governance to build the foundation of enterprise data across a complex, multi-system environment. This is a highly strategic, hands-on leadership role. You’ll define the data architecture, implement governance standards, and ensure trusted, compliant data flows across core business systems-spanning finance, operations, HR, and more.
This is the right role for someone who’s led data strategy at scale and is ready to take ownership of a company-wide transformation.
What You’ll Do
- Architect and maintain enterprise data systems including data lakes, warehouses, and real-time pipelines
- Define and enforce data governance policies across business-critical systems (POS, HRIS, finance, supply chain, etc.)
- Standardize metadata, master data, lineage, and stewardship practices across the organization
- Select and implement tools for data cataloging, access control, and classification
- Partner with Legal, IT, HR, and Operations to ensure responsible and compliant data usage
- Lead data quality efforts including validation, cleansing, and auditing
- Serve as a strategic advisor to executive leadership on data infrastructure, risk, and scalability
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of experience in data architecture, governance, or enterprise data management
- Proven ability to design scalable, cloud-based data systems (e.g., AWS, GCP, Snowflake)
- Experience with governance frameworks (e.g., DAMA, DMBOK) and compliance requirements (e.g., CCPA, PCI)
- Familiarity with ETL tools, metadata platforms, and data security standards
- Strong leadership, documentation, and cross-functional communication skills

What You’ll Own
- Define and implement the company’s enterprise-wide data architecture and governance strategy
