We are partnered with a Global Consultancy supporting their Investment Management practice, following a recent strategic acquisition that has significantly enhanced their capabilities. They are looking to implement a critical data management solution for their investment firms. They are seeking a driven Data Management Consultant to lead teams and workstreams on impactful projects.
THE TEAM:
As part of our Investment practice, their team specialises in providing a platform for their clients to help manage data solutions. They have a strong strategic partnership with key industry vendors in the data management space and are experiencing high demand due to their successful involvement in major industry programmes. This is an exciting time to join as they build the capacity to deliver significant client programmes and expand the capabilities across various leading investment management platforms.
THE ROLE:
As a Data Management expert, you will play a crucial role in leading project workstreams and potentially managing teams, ensuring the successful delivery of data management solutions for their Investment Management clients. You will leverage your understanding of this business area, data management platforms, and project delivery methodologies to drive impactful outcomes. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to significant client engagements and shape the future of their data landscape within a leading global organisation.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
The ideal Data Management Consultant will have:
- Proven experience leading workstreams within large-scale programmes, ideally involving Data Management platforms (e.g., Aladdin, Markit EDM, GoldenSource) or similar Investment Management systems.
- A strong understanding of the Investment Management business, including various security types, issuers, and industry operations.
- Experience in hands-on configuration and implementation work on relevant data management platforms.
- While Investment Management experience is preferred, relevant Wealth Management experience will be considered.

Data Manager – Investment Management
Location: London (2 days a week in office)
Salary: £95,000
We’re working with our client, a leading global consultancy, to recruit a Manager within the Data Management team of their Investment Management & Wealth Operations and Domain Solutions (IM&W ODS) practice. This team delivers end-to-end transformation services to clients in the investment and wealth sector, combining deep industry knowledge with technical expertise and delivery excellence.
Role Overview:
You’ll lead strategic data initiatives, supporting clients through complex operational and technological transformations. This role is ideal for someone with a strong consulting mindset, stakeholder management experience, and deep understanding of data in the investment management space.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead data transformation projects from planning through to delivery
- Provide subject matter expertise on sector trends, data lifecycle, and leading practices
- Build and maintain strong client relationships at all levels
- Engage and influence senior stakeholders and cross-functional teams
- Mentor junior team members and manage project teams
- Drive high-quality outcomes while managing ambiguity and competing priorities
Requirements:
Essential:
- Demonstrable experience delivering investment management and wealth technology transformation projects
- Strong knowledge of Data Management across securities, prices, positions, accounts, and legal entities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to clarify ambiguous requirements and make sound decisions
- Experience working independently and leading teams in both agile and waterfall environments
Desirable:
- Understanding of emerging technologies and trends in financial services
- Experience managing budgets and coordinating project resources
- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and MS Project
- Delivery certifications such as Prince2, AgilePM, SAFe, Scrum Master, or ITIL
- Industry certifications like CFA, IMC, IOC, or Snowflake
- Consulting experience (internal or external)
- Data platform configuration experience

We’re working with our client, a global leader in online retail and one of the top 10 third-party sellers on Amazon and eBay, to recruit a Chief Technical Officer. This is a key leadership role, driving IT strategy and shaping the future of a fast-growing, multi-brand ecommerce business.
Role Overview:
You’ll be responsible for the strategic direction, development, and operational excellence of the organisation’s technology function. This includes overseeing infrastructure, leading internal and outsourced development teams, and delivering high-impact projects. The ideal candidate will be a hands-on technology leader with a strong grasp of cloud, DevOps, and cybersecurity, paired with excellent team leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a three-year tech strategy aligned with business goals
- Evaluate and enhance existing infrastructure and development processes
- Lead and grow high-performing onshore/offshore tech teams
- Oversee IT operations, governance, security, and business continuity planning
- Drive the successful delivery of complex, cross-functional IT projects
- Manage vendor relationships and technology budgets
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence
Requirements:
- Essential:
- 7+ years in technical software development and IT leadership
- 5+ years at Director or Head of Department level
- Strong knowledge of Agile, DevOps, cybersecurity, and cloud infrastructure
- Excellent communication, budgeting, and strategic planning skills
- Proven experience leading change, improving SDLCs, and managing cross-functional teams
- Desirable:
- Experience in ecommerce or marketplace-based retail
- Familiarity with KPIs/OKRs and scaling technology in fast-growth environments
- Track record of implementing IT best practices across security, infrastructure, and vendor management

- Looking at campaign strategy across the whole customer lifecycle
- Using Klaviyo to deploy campaigns

- Deploy campaigns across multiple channels (Email, SMS, Whatsapp)
- Building automated customer journeys
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience working on strategy and deployment is ideal
- Braze or Klaviyo experience is a plus
- Being hands-on with data is essential
- Experience in gambling is interesting
