What We’re Looking For:

Experience with Salesforce Analytics, AWS, Snowflake, or Five9 is a plus.

THE COMPANY
We are partnered with a software-first company revolutionizing compliance automation for financial services, including robo-advisors, broker-dealers, and funding portals. The company’s mission is to save time and eliminate inefficiencies in the compliance process.
THE ROLE – STAFF SOFTWARE ENGINEER (TECH LEAD)
We are seeking a versatile Staff Software Engineer (Tech Lead) to address platform and client-specific challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Address and resolve platform and client-specific technical issues through direct coding or task delegation.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to best practices and high-quality code standards.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering their professional development.
- Collaborate on strategic initiatives to innovate and expand our product offerings.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Proficiency in React, Django, Python, and AWS.
- Background in financial services or compliance is preferred, or a strong interest in these areas.
- Experience with large tech companies is advantageous, as it often provides a deep understanding of engineering best practices.
- Ability to effectively mentor team members and influence technical decisions.
- Must have an active presence on platforms like GitHub
- Prepared to discuss personal projects
BENEFITS
