Our client, a highly respected agency with over 35 years of combined experience, is looking for a Senior CRO Manager to join their team and help drive experimentation strategies for a diverse range of clients.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and execute conversion rate optimisation (CRO) strategies for clients.

Lead client-facing calls, providing expert advice and guidance on CRO techniques.

Analyse customer journeys using tools like GA4, ContentSquare, HotJar, and other CRO platforms.

Oversee test design and implementation, ensuring optimal analytics and performance.

Required Skills and Experience:

A leading international marketing agency is seeking a Senior Conversion Rate Optimisation (CRO) Analyst to join their growing Data & Strategy team. This is a key opportunity to work on high-profile accounts and take ownership of the CRO space for a major automotive brand. You’ll collaborate with a talented Data Science team, driving data-driven insights to optimise customer journeys and improve conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead strategy development and create impactful presentations (decks) for clients, focusing on key areas such as UX, finance, forms, and more.

Collaborate with Data Scientists to extract insights from GA4 data, ensuring the right questions are answered and actionable narratives are created.

Manage web analytics tasks, from data interpretation to setting up and understanding tagging and events.
-
Brief data science teams, use tools like Omnibug to optimize the tracking and analysis of user behaviour.
-
Regularly engage with clients through workshops, planning sessions, and offering insights that drive strategic decisions.

Analyse user journey data to identify hypotheses for A/B testing and conversion rate optimization, and collaborate with external agencies to implement tests.
Skills & Experience:

5+ years of experience in Web Analytics, CRO, or a similar role, ideally within a digital/marketing agency.

Strong experience with web analytics tools such as Adobe Target, Medallia, MXO, or Decibel, and a deep understanding of customer/user journey analytics.

Expertise in A/B testing and CRO methodologies, with the ability to develop data-driven hypotheses.

Data Science Knowledge: Familiarity with concepts like clustering, predictive modelling, and basic statistical techniques.

Technical Skills: Knowledge of BigQuery/SQL/Python is desirable but not essential.

Strong communication skills – experience presenting to clients and collaborating with internal teams.

This is a hands-on role, working with SQL, GA4, Looker, Power BI, and Excel to assess data quality, debug tracking issues, and generate reports that drive key business decisions.
The Company
A well-established brand in the hospitality sector, operating over 2,600 pubs, restaurants, and hotels across the UK. Their digital analytics function is expanding to enhance website performance, customer journeys, and marketing effectiveness.
The analytics team is structured into four key areas:
- Digital – Website and app reporting, deep-dive analysis, and future planning
- CRM – Customer database management, campaign analysis, and reporting
- Loyalty & Customer Insights – Understanding and segmenting customer behavior
- Data Science & Engineering – Supporting analytics efforts and proving business value
The Role
As a Digital Data Analyst, you will be responsible for website performance analytics, ensuring high-quality data reporting and debugging tracking issues. You will provide valuable insights that enhance the customer experience and improve conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure data quality and debug tracking issues for web analytics tools such as GA4, Looker, and Power BI
- Extract, assess, and report on website data, delivering actionable insights
- Work with SQL to manipulate and analyze datasets

You’ll get the story and insights you need from them, and you will relay these back to the client!
SKILLS + EXPERIENCE

- Knowledge of data science. This doesn’t need to be super in depth, but you must understand clustering, predictive modelling etc
