- Strong time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail. You will be comfortable juggling multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent numerical and analytical skills, particularly with survey-based datasets. Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint is a must.
- Proven experience with both quantitative and qualitative research methods. While advanced statistical analysis skills are not required at this stage, they are a bonus and will be developed on the job.
- Ability to analyze early findings, form hypotheses, and determine the best approach for testing them.
- A “can-do” attitude, curiosity, and a passion for innovation. Interest in the commercial insurance sector is a plus but not essential.
