Salary up to $70k depending on experience as we can offer different levels
Unlimited commission up to 30% of the deal fee 
Annual performance based bonuses

Currently the team in Phoenix are looking for an experienced 360 recruiter who is driven to succeed, very ambitious and looking for an opportunity where they can progress into senior leadership. If you’re someone who loves business development and building relationships with external clients then we’d love to hear from you!

 The role will involve:

  • Partner with external clients to understand their specific hiring needs and develop targeted recruitment strategies.
  • This role will focus on recruiting in California mostly building out the existing client base
  • Becomming an expert in your niche data market – we encourage consultants to get to know their market inside out whether that’s listening to podcasts, attending conferences and connecting with leaders in your space. 
  • Pre-screen and qualify candidates, ensuring they meet the essential criteria for the role.
  • Manage the entire recruitment end to end process, from initial contact through to offer negotiation and post offer to ensure the candidates start the placements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with both clients and candidates, providing exceptional service throughout.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of innovative recruitment strategies.
  • Act as a positive role model and provide support to junior consultants in the team.

  • A solid 360 recruiter who has proven experience in business development consistently winning new jobs. 
  • Consistent billings – we understand the market has been challenging these past 2 years so we’re more interested to understand how you work and hold yourself accountable than being a top biller.

  • Future leaders – we have truly meritocratic promotion targets so you can quickly progress into leadership. There is people leadership or individual contributor routes to being a Director.
