THE COMPANY
A boutique market research agency is seeking a Senior Research Manager to join the team and lead on end-to-end project delivery for a host of well-known clients!
THE ROLE
As the Senior Research Manager, you will work on end-to-end market research and customer insights projects for clients across a host of industries, including retail, travel, telco and financial services & insurance. You'll be joining a well-established business and team which will enable you to grow and develop quickly in your career. You will be client-facing and hands-on in this role, delivering projects end-to-end from taking briefs, writing proposals, through to delivering Insights. You will get to work on project across conjoint analysis, regression analysis, driver analysis, trade-off analysis & segmentation.
YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
- Experience with SPSS, R or Q/Qualtrics

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, etc.); Ph.D. preferred.
- At least six years of experience in data science or risk modeling, with three years in a leadership role.
- Expertise in machine learning techniques (Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, LASSO, etc.).
- Strong data manipulation and engineering skills.
- Proficiency in Python, R, Java, Linux, and big data tools (e.g., Spark, Hadoop, Snowflake).
- Experience with database technologies (NoSQL, JSON/XML parsing, etc.).
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
