As the Senior Product Analyst, you will

• Work on hypotheses for A/B testing
• Work alongside the Product Managers to reflect upon and offer new ideas for business.
• Conduct iterative work for the client base, envisioning and working on products before ultimately releasing them and analyzing their impact.
• Work closely with the whole product team, working creatively and collaboratively.

YOUR SKILLS:

• Experience in app/web product analytics
• Strong abilities in SQL
• Extensive experience with A/B Testing
• Strong statistical understanding
• Considerable experience as a Product Analyst

ANALYTICS MANAGER

THE ROLE

As the Supply Chain Analytics Manager your focus will be to aid the company in providing insights on supply chain and how to better their success, specifically you will:

• Lead a small team in the growth of the data capabilities of the organisation using tools such as SQL and PowerBI
• Focus on finding insights into supply chain, promotional analytics, logistics and transport efficiency
• Work with senior leads of the business to use data more effectively in the organisation and help to develop models and automated reports

YOUR SKILLS

The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:

• Strong SQL to query and code large data sets, being analytically minded and a passion for data led decisions
• Experience working across different teams pulling data from a wide range of sources
• Great communicator and able to convey complicated technical terms in digestible language
• Experienced people leader and mentor

A leading, innovative consulting company is looking for an experienced Senior Consultant – Advanced Analytics to successfully lead business analysis, modeling, and reporting to meet business growth in the United States.

THE ROLE:

As the Senior Consultant – Advanced Analytics, you will work cross-functionally and lead the analysis of large amounts of client and performance data to generate key insights that enable senior leadership, thus driving optimization & business growth. You will be responsible for:

• Collecting/cleaning/analyzing substantial client data using Microsoft Excel (or SQL)
• Performing statistical analysis and modeling in Python or R to generate actionable insights
• Building reporting dashboards and delivering data-driven recommendations to senior leadership

YOUR SKILLS:

• Proven progressive commercial experience working as an Analytics Consultant and/or Business Analyst
• Proficient in gathering, cleansing, and analyzing data in SQL and Microsoft Excel
• Proficient in Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, Financial Modeling, and Forecasting
• Well-versed in core advanced analytics data mining & scripting tools such as Python, R, and SQL
• Proficient in building customized dashboards using BI tools (i.e., Looker, Power BI, Qlik, Tableau)
• Well-versed in advanced analytics techniques (i.e., trend analysis, segmentation)
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with technical and non-technical teams; presenting to leaders
• Strong verbal/written communication, negotiation, and presentation skills across the business
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, Psychology, or related field; M.B.A. or M.S. preferred

Senior Grants Analyst

THE ROLE:

In this capacity, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive financial reporting/accounting analysis for federal and state grants. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting/reporting analysis, exceptional analytical skills, and a solid understanding of financial concepts and principles. They will work cross-functionally with various departments and senior management to provide accurate and timely financial information and recommendations.

YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, accounting, economics, or a related field. A master’s degree is a plus.
• Proven work experience as a Grants Analyst or similar role.
• Proficiency in financial reporting, accounting, and grant/compliance management.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. NetSuite is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Great communication skills and the ability to communicate financial trend analysis to both technical and non-technical audiences.
